Returns & Refunds


Return Policy 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on original placement and in its original packaging will be accepted for a refund, minus shipping cost. Items that appear to be worn or with perfume odor will not be eligible for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be arranged within 14 days after the order has been received (Per USPS Tracking #)
  • Items can be returned for a refund to the address listed below within 30 days from the time your item was received.
  • Please include packing-slip received with your order, or a print out of your order with your return, as this will help us locate and avoid any delays processing your return.
  • Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return after it has arrived back at our facility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at customer's expense. A traceable service is suggested to prevent packages from being lost, as we're not responsible for lost packages or mishandled packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving  and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately,  returns are not accepted on "Clearance" item(s). Also due to hygienic reasons returns are not accepted on items such as bralettes, bodysuits and intimates.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
